• Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days from the date of confirmation.

• No orders are processed or shipped on Fridays or national holidays.

 

• Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

• In case of unexpected delays (e.g. weather, high demand), we will notify the customer immediately.

 

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

• Free shipping is available for orders above EGP 5000.

 

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a message via SMS or WhatsApp with delivery details and contact info for the delivery agent.

 

• Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are entered correctly to avoid delays.

• If the delivery team cannot reach the customer after 3 attempts, the order will be placed on hold.

• Delivery address cannot be changed after dispatch.
